The Better Oral Health for Massachusetts Coalition (BOHMAC) is a statewide organization which advocates for oral health policies to ensure that Massachusetts’ residents, especially those most vulnerable, have benefit of comprehensive oral health prevention and treatment services. BOHMAC is committed to working with policy-makers, advocates, community partners and health providers to guarantee that oral health is an essential component of overall health.
BOHMAC relies on the support of our members, partners and people like you. With your support, we can continue to advocate for increased dental benefits for the low-income citizens of Massachusetts. No child, adult, or elder should have to live with a mouth full of cavities or broken or missing teeth when proper prevention measures and treatments are within reach.
Your contributions will also allow us to continue our efforts to prevent dental diseases before they begin by advocating for community water fluoridation, a treatment which reaches young, old, rich, and poor alike.
Lastly, we know that the mouth is the gateway to the body and greatly affects overall health. We work to improve integrated and holistic patient care by bringing together medical and oral health professionals to share their skills and develop collaborations in order to enhance patients’ health. As part of these efforts, BOHMAC convenes stakeholders from a wide range of organizations and disciplines together at our annual leadership summit to further the overall goal of ensuring that oral health is recognized as an integral part of overall health.
By making a donation now, you help us work to improve the oral health of our most vulnerable citizens.
Let’s do this together.
The Better Oral Health for Massachusetts Coalition is a private 501(c)(3). We are a tax-exempt organization and your donation qualifies as a tax deduction should you care to take it.
