The goals of BOHMAC’s Workforce Development Committee include:
- Promoting sustainable fiscal resources to support and expand the Commonwealth’s oral health workforce through education, outreach, and policy initiatives
- Increasing access of all residents to a dental home and comprehensive oral health services by promoting policies that encourage dental providers to serve high-risk populations and maximize partnerships and collaborations locally and regionally with the medical community
- Promote policies and programs that recruit, develop, and maintain a culturally responsive oral health workforce.
