Policy and Advocacy Committee

Advocates for policies to promote optimal oral health for residents of the Commonwealth.

The goals of the Policy and Advocacy Committee include:

• Promoting policies that seek to eliminate disparities and improve access, utilization and equity in oral health
• Building public awareness by engaging in advocacy activities and working collaboratively with other stakeholders to promote evidence-based oral health policies
• Identifying and promote policies that support oral health efforts appropriate to the political, social, and economic climate in Massachusetts
• Advocating for the inclusion of oral health services across the lifespan in federal and state health care initiatives
